Sifu Lou DiLoreto is a seasoned martial artist with a diverse background. He has trained in Hapkido, Tang Soo Do, Shaolin Animals, Modified Wing Chun, and Tai Chi under various masters, including Master Hang Sik Shin and Sifu Ron Wilson. For the past eleven years, he has studied Traditional Wing Chun and qigong under Master Sifu Keith Mazza. Sifu Lou has been the owner and Chief Instructor of the Traditional Wing Chun Kung Fu & Tai Chi Center for the past 20+ years.

When you study martial arts, you get the best of both worlds. You are developing the body and the mind. With Wing Chun, there is plenty of both. In my many years of training experience, I have not had many instructors who demonstrated the patience and willingness to teach like Sifu Lou does. You are not only shown how to do an movement/application, it is explained to why you are doing it. In addition, the people in the classes are very friendly and willing to help a newbie. I highly recommend training with Sifu Lou.

Sifu Lou is a great instructor who takes the time to teach you the traditional true art and the history behind it. He teaches Wing Chun techniques and forms along with explaining the “why” behind each. The classes are not only an enjoyable workout that improve your strength, agility and flexibility, but they also incorporates breathing and mindful exercises that are appreciated and very beneficial.
